Shipping, Exchanges, & Returns

Returns & Refunds:

 

We are happy to provide a 14-day return policy and 30-day exchange policy for all items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Refunds will be subject to a restocking fee of $10 or 15% of the order value, whichever is greater. Although we would love to accept opened, unused products, human hair extensions are a hygienic product and for the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept products that may have been opened. All returned products must not be used, altered in any way (colored, beached, etc.), or washed. They must be returned in original packaging as they were sent.

 

You have 14 days after the order was placed to request a return (or 30 days for exchange) by emailing us at support@hairoriginals.com. Please note that a receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return. Any express shipping costs beyond the complimentary shipping costs offered by Hair Originals will be deducted from the refund amount along with the restocking fee mentioned above.

 

Products that have been purchased under sale/promotions will not be eligible for returns.


In case of a refund - your refund will be processed once the product has been received and inspected, so please allow 7-14 days after it has been received to obtain your refund.


Damaged Product:


Please thoroughly inspect your order in a timely manner once you have received the product. You may reach out to us immediately at support@hairoriginals.com if you believe the item is defective or damaged.


Exchange:


Is the shade you ordered not quite the right one? No problem, we can exchange it for you.

 

Reach out to us at support@hairoriginals.com and let us know what shade you want to replace it with along with your order details. We’ll send you a label to ship the product back and set you up with a new order.
