Shipping, Exchanges, & Returns

Returns & Refunds:


We are happy to provide a 30-day return policy for all products that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. As much as we would love to accept opened and unused products, human hair extensions are legally a hygienic product and for the safety of all our customers, we require all products to be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unopened, etc.).


You have a 30 day period from the date the order was placed to put in return request by emailing us at support@hairoriginals.com. Please note that a proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for placing a return request. Any express shipping costs beyond the complimentary shipping costs offered by Hair Originals will be deducted from the refund amount.


Products that have been purchased under sale/promotions will not be eligible for returns.


In case of a refund - your refund will be processed once the product has been received and inspected, so please allow 5-7 days after it has been received to obtain your refund.


Damaged Product:


Please thoroughly inspect your order in a timely manner once you have received the product. You may reach out to us immediately at support@hairoriginals.com if you believe the item is defective or damaged.


Exchange:


Is the shade you ordered not quite the right one? No problem, we can exchange it for you.

 

Reach out to us at support@hairoriginals.com and let us know what shade you want to replace it with along with your order details. We’ll send you a label to ship the product back and set you up with a new order.
