EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Due to the nature of human hair products being considered hygienic items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened products. Once the product has been untied from its packaging, we cannot resell the item for safety and hygiene reasons.
If our team identifies evidence that a tie on a return or exchanged product has been tampered with, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team at support@hairoriginals.com.
If you're returning an item for a refund, the cost of the return label will be your responsibility. We advise using a tracked shipping method or obtaining insurance for the shipment to safeguard against any potential loss or theft during transit. Please note that HairOriginals cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
For exchanges, you will not need to cover the cost of the return label. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your exchange.
No. If you choose to expedite your product, these shipping costs are non-refundable.
You can expect to receive your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we have received and inspected your returned hair products. Please note that we thoroughly check returned items to ensure they comply with our return policy, which stipulates, among other things, that products must not have been opened, used, or altered. Once we confirm the eligibility of your return, we initiate the refund process promptly.
However, it's important to note that your credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to process the refund on their end.
Once we receive notification from our shipping carrier that your return item has been received, we will promptly process your exchange order. Typically, your exchange will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.
If the returned item does not comply with our return policy, your original payment method will be charged again for the additional set being delivered to you. This ensures a smooth and expedited exchange process, allowing you to receive your desired hair extensions without delay.
Our toolkits, beads, thread, color rings, and any other professional stylist tools and accessories listed on our website are considered final sale items. Due to hygiene concerns, once these items are returned, we are unable to resell them.

PROFESSIONAL STYLIST
Only licensed cosmetologists or salon owners can create a HairOriginals Pro Stylist account.
To create a Pro Stylist account, simply sign up here. As part of the registration process, you'll need to upload either your cosmetology license (if you're a stylist) or your business license (if you're a salon owner). Please ensure you have a digital copy of the required license handy for uploading during the account creation process.
As each account request comes in, our team thoroughly reviews it. Upon approval, you will receive an email to welcome you to the HairOriginals Pro Stylist community.
ORDERING
Absolutely! We understand that finding the perfect color match for your hair extensions is crucial for achieving a seamless and natural look.
You can email us at support@hairoriginals.com to schedule a free virtual consultation. During this consultation, one of our experienced stylists will work with you to assess your hair color, texture, and desired style.
Alternatively, if you prefer a quick and convenient option, you can also send us a clear photo of your hair in natural lighting via email. Our team will carefully analyze the photo to determine the best color match for you.
Yes, but only non-professional products. We still offer our “Ready to Wear” products like clip-ins, scalp toppers, frontals, closures, and more. However, to ensure that the HairOriginals products installed on your head are authentic and do not damage your hair, we only sell to licensed beauty professionals.
To view pricing for our professional products, you must be a licensed cosmetologist or salon owner that has signed up for a Pro Stylist Account.
If you are unable to modify your order online, please reach out to us at support@hairoriginals.com ASAP, so we can modify or cancel your order. Once the order has been shipped out, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.

SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 states in the USA, as well as Canada.
Our orders ship out within one business day, unless noted otherwise during checkout. Should an issue pop up with your order, we will attempt to reach you to find a resolution promptly to ensure the order is shipped out in a timely manner.
All U.S. orders above USD $200 and orders to Canada above CAD $300 automatically qualify for FREE standard shipping. For our standard shipping, we generally use USPS or FedEx Ground (3-5 business days in the continental US; 5-10 days otherwise).
Once a tracking label has been created for your order, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information for you to track your order. If you do not receive an email, please reach out to us at support@hairoriginals.com to better assist you.
